Which grades is the program designed for?
The longitudinal pathway begins in Grade 6 and continues through Grade 12. Your child can enter at the grade they are currently in; they do not need to have completed earlier rungs.
Is this a career test that recommends one job?
No. The four lenses reveal patterns across values, interests, personality and skills. The report explores career families and directions, but it is always a snapshot and never a verdict.
What happens after the assessments?
Your family receives the VIP+ Career Pathway Report and a human Mirror Session™. The report makes the evidence understandable; the counsellor helps turn it into a practical conversation.
How does Manan answer my child’s questions?
Manan works from the student’s own VIP+ profile — their values, interests, personality and skills — rather than offering generic advice. It can explain results, explore career directions and help your child understand why a recommendation may fit.
Can parents read the report in another language?
Yes. The report and this page can be translated into Hindi and several Indian languages, as well as Simple English, so language does not become a barrier.
